All of our properties lie close to the Malmok, Palm Beach, and Noord area, which are the hotspots or tourist activity.

Yes, the most beautiful beaches are not more than 10 minutes drive from our villa/apartments in Aruba. Famous beaches like Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, Arashi Beach are just at a stone’s throw away from our properties.
How to reach our accommodation in Aruba from the Airport?
Getting anywhere in Aruba from the Airport is a piece of cake because of the excellent cab and car rental services. You can either hail a taxi or hire a car rental to our rental place within minutes. Cabs are hard to miss in front of the main gates of the Airport. Alternatively, you can also make use of the Airport(AUA) shuttle service to reach the desired location within minutes.

Yes, our booking and reservations policies are flexible so that we can adapt better to our guest’s changing schedules. You can do so by sending us an email, pinging us with a text on our WhatsApp number, or calling us right away.
How do I find and check the status of my reservation?
You can quickly check the status of your reservation by calling our customer support or the host directly. You can also send us an email to know about the details of your booking
What type of document do I need to check-in?
You’ll need to carry your country/state-issued ID to verify your details while checking in. If you are traveling internationally, please bring your valid passport.
Whom do I contact if there's a problem with the accommodation/booking?

When should I make the payment?

No, we do not require any security deposit for you to make a booking. All of the additional costs are inclusive in the payment you do while booking.
Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation?
Yes, you can use more than one payment method. While booking online, you can choose to pay the full or partial payment by credit card and rest by cash at the front desk. If you have a booking way ahead in the future, you can also pay by monthly installments.
When am I charged for a reservation?
You are charged right away while making the reservation, although you can choose to pay later or make the partial payment if you wish not to be charged right away with the full amount.
Is my payment information/credit card information safe?
Yes, all your payment information is kept safe and secured while making a payment. Our payment gateways use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for every online payment made through our website.
Safety & Restrictions
Do you allow pets?
No, sadly, we do not allow pets in our vacation houses. This is a house rule which is required to be followed by every guest.
Do our rental rooms have a safe to keep our belongings?
Yes, our rooms do come with a locker/safe to keep your valuable and personal belongings. Please ask for the key combinations or key from the front desk to make use of it.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only allowed in outside areas. Please keep in mind that some of the outdoor areas are shared to be considerate about smoking with other guests around. Smoking inside the properties is not allowed.
Can I arrange a party at my booked vacation house?
Sorry, we don’t allow party or event celebrations at our rental homes.
Cancellations & Refund
What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?
We offer free cancellation for the first 48 hours after the reservation is confirmed. We offer a full refund only if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. If you cancel seven days before the check-in, you’ll get a 50% refund minus the service fee, otherwise only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
How do I cancel a reservation request?
We have our 24×7 customer support or help you with cancellations. Reach to our customer support or the host directly and let us know about your cancellation plans. Also, check our cancellation policy to know more about refund terms and conditions.
How long will it take to get my refund?
We issue a refund as soon as you let us know about the cancellation. However, it may take 5-7 working days for the amount to get back to your original payment method.
Can I make changes to my booking after confirmation?
Yes, you can make changes to your bookings by reaching us out on our customer support. Make sure you do it as early as possible to avoid any last-minute rush.
What should I do if I forgot something at a place I stayed?
